How to return your Palmeras order

At Palmeras, we want returns to be as effortless as your favorite moments in our clothing! Here’s a step-by-step guide based on your location:

Returns Within the Benelux 
 

Pack It: Place the item(s) you wish to return in a secure bag or box (feel free to reuse the one your order came in).
Form It: Fill out the included return form and place it inside the package.
Label It: Attach the prepaid return label provided with your order to the package.
Proof It: Keep your proof of postage—it’s your safety net in case the parcel gets lost.

Returns Within the EU (Excluded Benelux) 
 
Pack It: Place the item(s) you wish to return in a secure bag or box (feel free to reuse the one your order came in).
Form It: Fill out the included return form and place it inside the package.
Label It: Attach the prepaid return label provided with your order to the package.
Proof It: Keep your proof of postage—it’s your safety net in case the parcel gets lost.

Returns Outside the EU
 
Pack It: Securely pack the item(s) in a sturdy bag or box, just like you received them.
Form It: Include the completed return form inside the package.
Ship It: Send the package as a business parcel to:

We recommend using trackable and insured services like PostNL, DHL, FedEx or UPS for secure shipping.
Note: Customers inside and outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs. (Excluded the Benelux) 

Return Policy
 
Timeframe: You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Exceptions: Damaged, soiled, or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
 
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Returns from outside the EU may take additional time due to customs clearance.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your return is processed.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
