Shipping guidlines

Shipping is free on orders above €100. 

All orders that do not meet the €100 minimum will require a shipping fee of €15.

 

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average shipping times:

Europe to EU: 7-14 business days
EU to UK: 7-14 business days
Europe to non-EU country: 7-14 business days

Please note: For non-EU countries, there may be delays due to customs. The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. Palmeras is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

 

How can I track my order?

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at shop@shoppalmeras.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.
